For one of our clients – an innovator in the field of customer and information management, we are
looking for bright, eager, and customer-oriented people for the role of Tech-Support
Representative with German (Fully Remote).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing basic to complex technical information via phone calls or email;
- Explaining in a simple way and ensuring users understand and can follow instructions;
- Showing understanding and consideration for their issues;
- Offering technical assistance to users, on your own or via collaborating with colleagues;
- Constantly striving to improve personal skillset and performance for better customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Great verbal and written skills in German and English;
- Proactive, friendly, and skilled in communicating with various types of people;
- Results-driven and eager to improve and learn;
- Analytical thinker and a problem-solver;
- Team-oriented and ready to give a helping hand when needed;
- At least 6 months of previous customer or technical support experience is required;
- Solid knowledge of PCs and operating systems.
