You will work at a major producer of well-known
snacks such as croquettes, bitterballen, and bami slices. The
company supplies supermarkets and hospitality businesses and is
active with various brands and private label products. The
organization employs more than 600 people and is constantly
improving products and processes. You will join a team of about 50
to 100 colleagues at the production location, where everyone works
together to deliver the best quality. The atmosphere is engaged and
focused on teamwork. You get plenty of opportunities to contribute
ideas for improvements, and there are regular training sessions and
courses to help you develop further. You contribute to a wide and
varied range of snacks, suitable for different dietary
preferences.
Functieomschrijving
As an Operator, you are responsible for setting up,
operating, adjusting, and converting the production lines. You
closely monitor the production process and immediately act when
deviations or malfunctions occur. Your efforts ensure that our
snacks always meet the highest quality standards.
On a typical workday, you check the supply of raw
materials, solve operational malfunctions, and perform test
productions and quality checks. You also process data in the Patch
system and instruct and support colleagues on the shop floor. You
work in a 2-shift system with early shifts from 05:00 to 14:00 and
late shifts from 14:00 to 23:00.

- mbo working and thinking level
- At
least 2 years of experience as an Operator - Experience in the food industry is a plus
- Good command of the Dutch language
- In possession of a haccp certificate (or willing to
obtain it via WerkTalent) - Communicative and
eager to learn
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- Salary between €2964 and €3306 gross per
month (including 14% shift allowance) - 25
vacation days and 15 ATV days (40 days off per year in
total) - 8% holiday allowance
