Are you ready to play a key role in the energy transition? We’re looking for a hands-on Project & Site Coordinator to help deliver offshore cable logistics projects across the world.
In this role, you’ll work on the planning and execution of cable storage, handling, and transport operations for major offshore wind projects. You’ll split your time between our head office in Alkmaar, our cable storage yard in Velsen-Noord, and international project locations.
As Project & Site Coordinator, you’re the operational link between the office, the yard, and the project site. Working closely with an experienced Project Manager, you’ll help deliver projects from A to Z. Your tasks include:
- Preparing and coordinating the storage, handling, and movement of subsea cables
- Supervising on-site activities and leading teams during 24/7 operations
- Planning materials, subcontractors, and equipment (internal and external)
- Monitoring project progress, budget, and safety – and taking action where needed
- Maintaining project administration in our ERP system
- Travelling to project locations
What you bring:
- MBO+/HBO-level education, ideally with a technical or maritime background
- Experience in operational/project-based roles (offshore or marine sector is a plus)
- Proactive mindset – you get things done and solve problems on the go
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Willingness to travel and work in shifts during project execution
