We are looking for a Marketing Retention Specialist to boost customer loyalty and elevate the AFPRO customer experience across global markets. You’ll join a vibrant, international marketing team where each member brings specialized expertise, working together to strengthen AFPRO’s brand and customer relationships worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of customer retention strategies
- Shape email campaigns, NPS surveys, automated retention flows
- Create powerful content: case studies, infographics, blog posts, webinars
- Collaborate on product launches and social media strategies
- Work cross-functionally with sales, external partners, and international teams
- Dive into data — track KPIs, ROI, and budgets to show impact
Your Profile
- 2–3 years of marketing experience, ideally B2B
- Degree in Marketing or Communication
- Fluent in English, German, and Dutch
- Strong in marketing automation + tools like Canva, LinkedIn, ClickDimensions, WordPress
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus
- Detail-oriented, feedback-driven, positive attitude, team spirit, eager to grow
