R&D Cosmetic Chemist & Strategist
About the Role:
As an R&D Cosmetic Chemist & Strategist, you will lead the development and innovation of high-quality cosmetic products. You will oversee formulation, raw material selection, and product improvement while ensuring compliance with regulations and market trends. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive product launches, optimize manufacturing processes, and contribute to strategic business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance innovative cosmetic formulations.
Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities.
Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and production teams.
Manage raw material selection and supplier relations.
Oversee technical screenings and feasibility analyses.
What We’re Looking For:
Higher professional or university education in Chemistry, Food Technology, or related field.
Relevant work experience in a similar role.
Experience in cosmetic product development (preferred).
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of cosmetic regulations, GMP, and industry standards.
