We are seeking a Revenue Enablement Specialist to empower our sales, marketing, and customer success teams with the tools, resources, research insights and training they need to excel. This role will focus on creating scalable enablement programs, supporting operational efficiency, and driving revenue growth by equipping teams to succeed at every stage of the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities

Enablement Support
-
Assist in the development and execution of enablement programs to improve team performance and customer engagement.

Maintain and distribute sales collateral, playbooks, and competitive intelligence materials.

Training and Onboarding
-
Support the design and delivery of training sessions for sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
-
Help onboard new hires, ensuring they quickly gain proficiency in tools, processes, and product knowledge.

Content and Resource Management
-
Collaborate with marketing, product and services teams to maintain a repository of updated enablement content.
-
Ensure resources align with the buyer journey and customer success goals.

Technology and Tools
-
Process improvements in existing revenue tooling.
-
Work with RevOps to optimize tool utilization and ensure data accuracy.

Performance Tracking
-
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of enablement initiatives using key metrics such as training completion rates, deal velocity, and team productivity.

Identify opportunities to improve processes based on feedback and data.

Cross-functional Collaboration
-
Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, customer success, and RevOps teams to ensure alignment and communication.

Facilitate regular updates and enablement sessions. For example you will also facilitate the QBRs for our revenue teams.

Market research

Enact research in the field customer and buyer persona insights, competitor analysis and market trend.

Make sure this research properly lands with the Revenue teams.

Assist in light sales administrative tasks
A very broad range of responsibilities, though there is enough room to experiment and grow in the position.
What You Bring:
-
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or a related field.
-
2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales administration, sales support or related job.

Experience in optimizing sales processes and supporting sales teams.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and mentor others.
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
