If you only want to work in a small sett of responsibilities please do not apply  Role & Responsibilities As an Equipment Engineer, you will be at the core of our production operations. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Designing and engineering new or modified equipment, tools, and machinery based on user requirements. Testing and evaluating designs to ensure expected performance. Arranging and supervising the construction, installation, and initial testing of equipment. Participating in process teams and supporting mechanical issues and problems in the production equipment. Proposing improvements and solutions for investigated issues. Maintaining equipment and machinery, ensuring that malfunctions are diagnosed and corrected as quickly as possible. Managing and participating in multidisciplinary (international) teams in equipment realization projects. This is a full-time position, part time is also one of the options. And you will be reporting directly to the COO. You will have the opportunity to progress in this role and potentially specialize in a specific area as the company grows. Requirements MSc Eng. degree in mechanical engineering or BSc Eng. degree in mechanical engineering with several years of experience in a similar position You want to contribute to the energy transition. Experience with mechanical engineering projects on high-temperature and/or vacuum equipment is particularly appreciated but not mandatory Skills in computer-aided design and 3D modeling (SolidWorks) and  Capability to translate product/process-related requirements into innovative, efficient designs. Good communication skills to share your expertise with others and create support for your projects. You want to transform plans into reality and see complex technical issues as challenges to solve within your team and to other stakeholders. What’s in it for you?
