What are you going to do?

In this position, you will be in frequent contact with prospective, new & existing customers to determine how they can become (more) successful in using our No-Code development platform, Betty Blocks, within their organization.

You will be responsible for guiding customers in successfully adopting the Betty Blocks platform to achieve their desired outcomes. You will achieve this by:

  • Gaining a deep understanding of each customer’s organization, challenges, and needs to set clear, actionable goals.

  • Developing and managing a tailored Customer Success plan to guide customers toward these goals.

  • Supporting customers in building the skills and knowledge necessary to overcome challenges and drive forward progress.

  • Building strong, transparent relationships with customers, fostering trust and open communication.

  • Measuring progress against key value metrics to ensure alignment with customer objectives.

  • Translating customer success into new commercial opportunities by identifying areas for further growth and collaboration.

Who are you?

  • You feel involved with the customer and get a kick out of customer satisfaction;

  • You have at least 4 years of experience as a CSM or Account Manager;

  • You are tech-savvy and have previously committed to customer satisfaction in an IT or SaaS organization;

  • You have obtained an HBO/WO degree;

  • Fluent in Dutch and English;

  • You are proactive and positive!
